This is a house without feeling crowded. There are two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, 3 bedrooms on the 1st level, with the master bedroom (king bed) on the 2nd story.
There are beautiful sweeping views of the water from upstairs inside rooms as well as the large open verandas.
For the extra large families or groups there is also a detached studio that has a double bed and trundle bed. There is a shower and toilet in the studio as well.
